Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping on orders of $60 or more.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

Damages

Repossier is not liable for any products damaged, stolen, or lost during or after shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and in original condition, with packaging intact.

To request a return, email info@repossier.com. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

A $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
